Shwetank is a Partner with Proliferator Advisory & Consulting. He leads the Business Process Management and Organizational Value Improvement practices. He has over 27 years of work experience spanning across BPO, Manufacturing and Telecom industries. He helps companies with large scale business transformation assignments for making companies customer-centric and profitable.

He has led global transformation projects that have impacted revenue, cost, customer experience, and operational risk. He has also led non-linear initiatives resulting in process waste and revenue leakage reduction, customer interaction analytics, and process transformation involving channel migration, mobility solutions, IVR work flow enhancement, automation, and digitised tool development.

The following are some of his key projects:

  • Embedded Business Process Framework in areas such as Lead to Order, Order to Fulfillment, Insight to Loyalty, Concept to Market, Problem to Solution and so on. He has also benchmarked processes with the Tele Management Forum’s compendium of Best Practices.
  • Improved JD Power Customer Satisfaction ranking from 4 to 1 for a large US based bank through SAS Text Analytics and action plan deployment.
  • Implemented the Business Process Management System (BPMS) in F&A processes to create Shared Services, which resulted in a 40% cost reduction.
  • Created and deployed Cost Optimization framework for Gross Margin improvement of an Airline client by 5%.

Shwetank is a Mechanical Engineer with Masters in Business Administration. He has held leadership position in companies like New Holland Tractors, GE Capital, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Wipro Technology and Tata Teleservices. He is also a Master Black Belt, COPC registered coordinator and certified MINITAB, RPA and Machine Learning professional. He has Facilitation Skills certification from Dale Carnegie & Associates.
